Chivas USA eyeing potential Designated Player.

According to several MLS sources, Chivas USA are said to be in the market for a Designated Player spot. The club would need to trade to acquire a Designated Player spot, and who would be traded is still a topic of much discussion.

The most mentioned player that Chivas USA are currently interested in signing is Mexican international and Jaguares de Chiapes Forward Adolfo “Bofo” Bautista. The club are said to be strongly considering approaching Bautista this summer, if they can acquire a Designated Player spot.

What are your thoughts? Who can Chivas USA afford to trade for a DP spot? Would Bautista potentially be a good fit?
